Executive - Compliance

Responsibilities

• Managing compliances for the LLPs and Companies
• Prepare Partnership Deed - including retirement and admission deed
• filing forms with various regulators including ICAI, NFRA, IBBI, etc
• Review and drafting of NDAs for engaging with clients of the firm
• internal project management on compliance related aspects.
  

Requirements

• Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.
• drafting
• The person must be a CS & LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.
• Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.
