Executive Assistant To Chairman

We are looking for a mature, highly organized, discreet and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, professional and personal support to the Chairman.

The individual will be responsible for managing the Chairmans calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence and day-to-day requirements, while ensuring that all engagements and commitments are planned and executed smoothly.

The preferred candidate should be comfortable travelling with the Chairman and managing all travel-related coordination during business trips.Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate would be someone who:

• Has prior experience supporting a Chairman, Managing Director, CEO, Promoter or Business Head.
• Has experience managing domestic and international travel.
• Is comfortable accompanying the Chairman on business trips.
• Can independently manage schedules and logistics with minimal supervision.
• Is available beyond conventional working hours when business requirements demand.
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and can handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
• Has a mature personality, professional demeanour and a service-oriented approach.
• Is flexible, dependable and capable of handling last-minute changes.
• Preferably has experience in a corporate, promoter-driven or family-business environment.
