Execution Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Execution Manager / Assistant Manager with 10+ years of core experience in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and completing construction activities within the planned schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site execution activities for building construction projects.
• Supervise RCC, civil, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with planning, design, MEP, QA/QC, safety, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor productivity.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.
• Track daily progress and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, and project management teams.
• Monitor work progress against project milestones and take corrective action for delays.
• Verify site measurements, material requirements, and work completion.
• Ensure proper utilization of resources and minimize material wastage.
• Maintain daily progress reports and execution records.
• Support billing measurements and coordination with the contracts team.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Strong core experience in site execution and project management.
• Good knowledge of RCC, civil works, and finishing activities.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors independently.
