Event Listing Associate

What you'll do

• Find and onboard hosts: reach out to organisers, collectives, venues and community groups and get their events listed with us (use basic portal for listing events)
• Help hosts with ops: advise on event pages, ticket categories, pricing, early-bird offers and timing, and push events through your own networks and ours.
• Be the host's single point of contact: handle questions on listings, payouts, on-ground needs and changes quickly and reliably. Attend some of their events to understand and support them
• Track the numbers: monitor listings, ticket sales and repeat hosts weekly, and flag events that need help early.
• Spot community potential: identify hosts with loyal audiences who could later move into our community features (content, subscriptions, engagement)
• Share insights: tell product and operations what hosts and audiences are asking for.

What we're looking for

• Comfortable talking to people: organizers, collectives, college clubs and venues. You can start a conversation and follow it up.
• Organised and reliable: you can manage many events and follow-ups without dropping any.
• Basic comfort with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends around events when needed.
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) of your city.

Nice to have

• Leading or managing a team or committee in college.
• Experience raising sponsorships, running registrations or ticketing for a fest.
• Strong social media or promotion experience for events.
• A network across college clubs and fests in your city.

Not required: coding or technical skills. You will not be organizing events
