Role Description: This Event Coordinator full time role based in Jaipur. The event coordinator will assist in planning and organizing events, including coordinating logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support. Daily tasks may include preparing event timelines, managing guest lists, supporting promotional activities, and handling basic administrative duties. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, responding to participant inquiries, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to support the design, coordination, and execution of events.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with attendees, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess basic Sales and relationship-building skills to assist in promoting events and engaging participants or sponsors.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms).
• Completed bachelor's in related field.
• Good understanding of social media.
