About this role
Requirements:
- Strong design and architectural experience.
- Strong lead in data/ETL testing, including complex multi-platform integrations.
- Deep Snowflake expertise (SQL, staging/DW/mart layers, ideally Cortex AI).
- Strong Python proven track record architecting a data-testing framework from zero (pytest, pandas, modular/config-driven design).
- Synthetic test data strategy: designing reusable scenario libraries and data generation.
- Azure DevOps Test Plans/Boards, and integrating automated results into them.
- Experience validating Salesforce and AWS (Lambda/serverless ETL) data flows.
- Data-centric testing depth: source-to-target reconciliation, data-quality dimensions, and transformation validation.
- Client-facing skills: strategy authoring, estimation, mentoring.
- Desirable: GitHub + CI/CD, Power BI / other BI validation, Great Expectations.
