ERP Functional Consultant

Job Opening - Kolkata and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), process maps, gap-fit analysis, and implementation plans.
• Drive end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide subject matter expertise in:
• Financial Management
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing & Production Management
• Procurement & Supply Chain Processes
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and business process validation activities.
• Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
• Manage project risks, issue resolution, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to ERP implementation best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of overall ERP Functional Consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• Financial Management
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing & Production Planning
• Procurement & Supply Chain Processes
• Extensive experience in:
• Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
• Gap-Fit Analysis

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, or Supply Chain industries.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience leading ERP transformation and process optimization initiatives.
