EQUITY DEALER – CLIENT TRADING DESK
Location: Jaipur
Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office
Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer / Client Trading Executive to join our growing stock broking business.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in stock broking, equity/F&O markets and handling trading clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and maintain relationships with existing trading clients
* Assist clients with trading platform and order execution as permitted
* Regularly engage with active and inactive clients
* Improve client activation and retention
* Support clients with platform, order and trading-related operational queries
* Coordinate with internal dealing/research/compliance teams
* Maintain proper records of client interactions
* Work towards legitimate growth in active clients and brokerage business
* Follow all applicable exchange, broker and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Prior experience with a stock broker / brokerage / equity dealing desk preferred
* Good understanding of Equity, Futures & Options
* Understanding of market, limit and stop-loss orders
* Strong communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to manage multiple trading clients
* Relevant NISM certification preferred/required as applicable to assigned responsibilities
* Target-oriented while maintaining strict compliance standards
Preferred Background
Candidates who have worked as:

Candidates from established brokerage firms will be preferred.
