Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, upgrade, and support EPC and 5G Core network platforms.
• Perform software installation, upgrades, migrations, patch deployments, and feature activation activities.
• Integrate EPC and 5GC network functions across multi-vendor and cloud-native environments.
• Execute Method of Procedure (MOP) activities, including pre-implementation checks, deployment execution, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
• Support production rollout, maintenance windows, emergency changes, and controlled implementation activities.
• Conduct interoperability validation and operational acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and service-impact issues across multiple technology domains.
• Validate software releases and ensure operational readiness before production deployment.
• Prepare deployment documentation, implementation reports, runbooks, and operational handover documents.
• Coordinate with architecture, testing, operations, and vendor teams throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with release governance, deployment assurance, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Expertise

EPC & 5G Core Domain

• Deep expertise in EPC and 5G Core integration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of mobile packet core architecture and service delivery.
• Experience with EPC and 5GC network functions and interfaces.
• Knowledge of mobility management, session management, policy control, subscriber management, and service continuity.
• Experience integrating EPC and 5GC functions in multi-vendor telecom environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and interoperability validation experience.

Cloud-Native Deployment & Automation

• Experience with Kubernetes-based Cloud Native Function (CNF) deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts, and cloud-native telecom platforms.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and operational data exposure.
• Awareness of Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for deployment validation, configuration validation, operational automation, and documentation generation.
