Role Description The Entry Level US IT Recruiter will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for US‑based technical positions and work on the US process during the night shift. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate records, updating recruitment trackers, and assisting with offer negotiation and onboarding activities. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Rajarhat, requiring close collaboration with the recruitment team and alignment with US time zones.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting tasks, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Foundational skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with interest in learning technology stacks and role requirements.
• Basic Hiring skills, including evaluating candidate fit and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for US clients and candidates.
• Willingness to work the night shift and on-site in Rajarhat, with reliable time management and discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain professional ethics, and handle sensitive candidate information confidentially.
