About this role
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to drive key business priorities and execution.
- Own critical initiatives end-to-end, from 0 → 1 → scale.
- Take charge of day-to-day business execution and ensure priorities move without constant founder intervention.
- Drive institutional customer onboarding, activation, retention and expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations.
- Identify business and operational bottlenecks and independently drive solutions.
- Build processes and operating structures where no playbook exists.
- Own business metrics, revenue outcomes and customer success for assigned initiatives.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Build and manage small teams as required.
- Take ownership of a business line with the potential to progressively manage its P&L.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of entrepreneurial/founder experience.
- Must have personally built or operated a business from scratch.
- Strong understanding of sales, customers, operations, hiring and business economics.
- Hustler mindset with extremely high ownership and bias for action.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited resources and no established playbook.
- Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong commercial thinking and ability to understand business numbers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work directly with founders while independently making day-to-day decisions.
- Comfortable taking responsibility beyond a defined job description.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, wealthtech, investments, financial services or private markets is an advantage.
- Bengaluru-based and comfortable working in-office.
