About Flipspaces:

Flipspaces is a fast-growing commercial Design & Build company, delivering office, retail and hospitality interiors for enterprise clients across India and the UAE.

We are looking for a high-potential, high-ownership professional to work closely with the founding team on some of the company's most important strategic and growth priorities.

This is not a conventional strategy role. You will work on ambiguous, high-impact problems, move from analysis to execution, and own projects through to measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do:

- Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and business problems.

- Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Build market sizing, business cases, financial models, unit economics and scenario analyses.

- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, categories and channels.

- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, including positioning, pricing, sales playbooks and launches.

- Prepare concise, data-driven presentations and strategic memos for senior leadership.

- Support strategic partnerships, acquisitions and other corporate development initiatives.

- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Design to drive execution.

- Track initiatives from strategy through implementation and ensure closure on key actions.

What We Are Looking For:

- 1 - 3 years of full-time professional experience.

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-moving situations.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- High ownership with a strong bias toward action and execution.

- Ability to translate complex problems into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

- Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership.

- Growth or Category roles at high-growth startups

- Entrepreneurship / Student startup / Successfully executed side project

What Success Looks Like:

- First 3 months: You independently deliver your first significant project and build strong context across the business.

- First 6 months: You are managing multiple strategic workstreams and your analysis and recommendations are being used by the founding team for decision-making.

- First 12 months: You become a trusted member of the leadership team with ownership of several strategic priorities, with the potential to progress into a larger functional, P&L or business-building role.
