In this role, you will work closely with AI technologies by evaluating AI-generated content, improving linguistic accuracy, and ensuring natural, contextually relevant, and human-like interactions for global users. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review AI-generated prompts, responses, and conversations in English.
• Assess content for grammar, fluency, factual accuracy, tone, clarity, and contextual relevance.
• Provide detailed feedback and quality ratings to improve AI model performance.
• Create, edit, and refine high-quality linguistic datasets for AI training purposes.
• Identify linguistic errors, inconsistencies, and biases in AI-generated outputs.
• Ensure natural, professional, and culturally appropriate English language usage.
• Follow annotation and evaluation guidelines while contributing ideas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with global AI teams, linguists, and researchers on language-focused projects.

Required Qualifications

• A Masters degree in English or an advanced-level English language certification, preferably C1/C2.
• Excellent proficiency in English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication.
• Ability to understand linguistic nuances, sentence structure, grammar, tone, and contextual meaning.
• Willingness to complete English language assessments during the hiring process.
• Ability to demonstrate advanced English proficiency and achieve professional-level assessment scores.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comprehension skills.
• Prior experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, translation, linguistics, annotation, or language evaluation is preferred.
• Interest or experience in AI, NLP, Generative AI, or LLM-related projects will be an added advantage
