Role Description The Academic Trainer – English is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak. The trainer will conduct training sessions and workshops for English teachers and school staff on Next Education's products, curriculum, and pedagogy. Responsibilities include demonstrating effective classroom practices, modeling lesson delivery, and supporting educators in implementing activity-based and learner-centric methodologies. The role involves planning training schedules, preparing training materials, gathering feedback, and reporting training outcomes to the academic team. The trainer will also collaborate with schools to identify training needs, provide ongoing academic support, and ensure consistent quality in English language teaching aligned with Next Education's standards.
Qualifications

• Strong command of English language teaching methodologies and classroom management practices.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for teachers.
• Comfort with using educational technology tools, digital content, and SaaS-based platforms in instructional settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field; B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Prior experience as an English teacher or academic trainer in the K–12 sector is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to partner schools in and around Rohtak as required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to document training activities and outcomes clearly.
