This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner actively engages in problem-solving activities, leveraging a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, and practical experience to ensure the delivery of effective engineering outcomes that meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.

Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes and methodologies.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.

Strong understanding of engineering principles related to structural and stress design.

Experience in configuration and technical management within engineering projects.

Ability to analyze complex technical data and develop practical engineering solutions.

Effective communication skills to articulate technical information to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with qualification processes and standards applicable to engineering services.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
