ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER - QUALITY

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct incoming inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Perform process quality control checks during production to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
• Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to maintain high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall productivity.
• Inhouse & Customer end issues corrective actions taken through CAPA & G8 discipline.
• Identify the real root cause & action plan taken through effective monitoring by problem analysis deeply and resolve the issue through effective PCA.
• Train the inspector based on product knowledge & inspection methodology & functional requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
• Strong knowledge of  quality tools (CP, FMEA, SPC,PFD,7QC TOOLS & G8D) in process Inspection & PDI (Production Development Inspection) principles and practices.
• Strong Knowledge of Stamping & Assembly (SPOT, PROJECTION WELDING, MIG WELDING) process
• Proficiency in conducting final inspections, in process inspections, and incoming inspections for product quality control.
