About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end users for desktop-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN, TCP/IP configurations on Windows-based systems.
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues and perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching and updating software.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN, TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools is an asset.
