Employee Engagement & Culture Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and people-oriented Employee Engagement Specialist to build a vibrant workplace culture and deliver memorable employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute the annual employee engagement calendar, including celebrations, events, contests, town halls, and wellness activities.

- Drive employee participation, team bonding, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage end-to-end event execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and feedback.

- Create engaging internal communications, event creatives, posters, and campaigns.

- Gather employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve workplace culture.

Requirements:

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Community Management, or Internal Communications.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, creative thinking, and event management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office; Canva or Adobe tools experience is an advantage.

- Energetic, approachable, organised, and proactive, with strong ownership and execution skills.
