Email Marketing Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Email Marketing Executive role based in Noida. The Email Marketing Executive will plan, create, and execute email campaigns that support client marketing goals, including lead generation, nurturing, and retention. Daily responsibilities include drafting email copy, designing campaign layouts, segmenting audiences, setting up automation workflows, and A/B testing subject lines and content for performance optimization. The role also involves monitoring campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the design, content, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. The Email Marketing Executive will contribute to overall campaign planning, maintain email lists and deliverability standards, and support continuous improvement of email marketing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective email strategies.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to understand target audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent Communication skills for writing compelling email copy and coordinating with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes to align email campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) and automation workflows.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe), and make data-driven recommendations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or email marketing in an agency or growth-focused environment is an advantage.
