Role Description The Electronic Data Processing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Hoshiarpur manufacturing facility. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of electronic data processing systems to support business operations and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure and computer networks, supervising software installation and upgrades, and ensuring data accuracy, security, and timely availability for users. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, lead small to medium technology projects, and resolve operational issues related to data processing and information systems. The role also involves monitoring system performance, enforcing data and IT policies, and mentoring team members to ensure reliable and efficient technology support for the plant.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in data processing and related system workflows, with the ability to manage, validate, and optimize data for operational and management reporting.
• Solid foundation in information technology, including familiarity with business applications, databases, and basic system administration concepts.
• Hands-on experience with software installation, configuration, and maintenance for enterprise or plant-level applications.
• Knowledge of computer network operations, including connectivity, security basics, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated project management skills for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT or data-related initiatives on time and within scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose practical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a manufacturing setup or process industry and familiarity with ERP or MIS systems will be an added advantage.
