EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee and enhance our environmental health and safety programs across various locations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective hazard analysis strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Lead training sessions for employees on EHS practices, emergency response, and hazard recognition. - Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization. - Analyze incident reports and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory agencies as required. - Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in legislation related to environmental health and safety.
