Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

FundMyCampus is an education loan assistance platform helping students secure the right financing for their education in India and abroad.

We work with leading government banks, private banks, NBFCs and international education loan providers, helping students compare options and complete their loan journey from counselling to sanction and disbursement.

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Education Loan Counsellors to join our growing team.

What you'll do

• Counsel students and parents regarding education loan options

• Understand the student's profile, university, course, loan requirement and financial background

• Recommend suitable lenders based on eligibility

• Explain collateral and non-collateral loan options, interest rates, repayment and documentation

• Collect and verify documents required for loan processing

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and lending partners for login, sanction and disbursement

• Regularly follow up with students, parents and lending partners

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up status in the CRM

• Handle inbound leads as well as follow up with existing prospects

• Achieve monthly targets for applications, sanctions and disbursements

Who should apply

0–3+ years of experience in Education Loans, Banking, NBFC, Study Abroad, Loans, Financial Services or Counselling preferred

Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability can also apply

Strong Hindi and English communication skills

Comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls and WhatsApp

Good follow-up and convincing skills

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of Excel/CRM would be preferred
