Job Purpose/ Summary

Person should be responsible for Pre and Post shipment activities.

Job Description
To manage end-to-end SCM activities related to PO/SO creation, Manual ASN, export documentation and post-shipment documentation, ensuring accurate transactions, timely submission, and compliance with customer and internal requirements.

Responsibility

Ensure the timely approval of checklists maintaining a streamlined workflow for all pre and postshipment activitiesbr Maintain 100 accuracy in all tasks ensuring that all documentation and logistics processes are executed without errorsbr Apply information from both internal and external customers effectively to enhance service delivery and customer satisfactionbr Adhere to SBC department shift schedules and policies with professionalism and discipline ensuring seamless operationsbr Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipment processbr Demonstrate a strong focus on customer centricity ensuring that all interactions and processes are aligned with customer needsbr Utilize business and commercial acumen to navigate complex international logistics landscapes effectivelybr Exhibit a global mindset understanding and adapting to the nuances of international trade and logisticsbr Drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility leveraging an entrepreneurial spirit to enhance processes and outcomes
