Ecommerce Specialist

Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for Marketplace Manager for Isha Life, Coimbatore. The work location will be Madampatti. Please find below the Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business across Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
• Develop and execute marketplace strategies to achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, promotions and inventory availability.
• Monitor marketplace performance, identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and manage PPC/advertising campaigns to improve visibility, conversions and ROAS.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, advertising and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Product teams for smooth marketplace operations.
• Manage marketplace promotions, campaigns and seasonal events.
• Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and marketplace trends.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, customer complaints and marketplace escalations.
• Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and share actionable insights with management.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, Retail or Consumer Products.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon and other major marketplaces.
• Experience with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, promotions, cataloguing and analytics.
• Good knowledge of P&L, sales metrics, conversion, ROAS and marketplace KPIs.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
