    Key Result Areas

    Supporting Actions

    Strategic Support to Unit Head

    • Support the UH in developing and implementing annual/long-term business strategies.
    • Assist in preparing strategic briefs, presentations, and analysis.
    • Track key business trends, challenges & opportunities and provide relevant inputs for decision-making.

    MIS & Business Review

    • Develop and review daily/periodic MIS and key business metrics.
    • Coordinate monthly/periodic business reviews and consolidate functional inputs.
    • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
    • Record key decisions and follow up on action points.
    • Track progress and highlight key deviations to UH.

    Coordination & Governance

    • Coordinate with Functional Heads and key stakeholders on UH priorities.
    • Facilitate cross-functional coordination on critical initiatives.
    • Maintain trackers for key decisions and action items.
    • Escalate critical issues requiring UH intervention.

    Communication & Management Support

    • Support UH in preparing communications, presentations, notes, and updates.
    • Coordinate UH meetings, schedules, agendas, and information requirements.
    • Facilitate timely information flow across key stakeholders.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

    Projects & Special Initiatives

    • Support UH in tracking strategic projects and special initiatives.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
    • Track project progress, risks, and key dependencies.
    • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

    Technology & Digitalization

    • Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
    • Coordinate with IT/Digital teams on key initiatives.
    • Monitor implementation and progress of digital initiatives.

    Safety, Sustainability & Compliance

    • Track key Safety, Sustainability, EHS, and compliance metrics.
    • Coordinate with functions on related initiatives and action points.
    • Support UH in reviewing progress against Unit priorities.

    Manpower & Resource Planning Support

    • Support UH in reviewing manpower and resource requirements.
    • Consolidate manpower and productivity data.
    • Highlight key manpower gaps and trends.
    • Coordinate with HR and Functional Heads on workforce priorities.
