About the Role -

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented E-Marketing Manager with strong experience in managing e-commerce portals and the complete order-to-dispatch cycle. The ideal candidate should understand online sales operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory, dispatch, and customer fulfilment, while also being capable of effectively managing and leading a team. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales across e-commerce marketplaces and online portals. Handle day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, orders, inventory, and sales performance. Coordinate closely with warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and courier partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across online channels. Track orders from placement to dispatch and delivery, resolving operational issues promptly. Manage returns, replacements, cancellations, and customer-related operational issues. Analyse sales, marketplace performance, inventory, and order-related data to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online orders. Manage, train, and motivate the e-commerce/operations team and ensure achievement of targets. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer experience. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, logistics providers, and other external vendors. Candidate Profile Hands-on experience managing e-commerce portals/marketplaces is essential. Strong practical knowledge of dispatch, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and order fulfilment. Proven experience in team handling and people management. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace processes. Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations. Strong communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or other major ecommerce marketplaces will be an advantage. Key requirement: We are specifically looking for a hands-on operator, not just someone with theoretical or marketing experience. The candidate should be comfortable managing the complete e-commerce cycle—from online order to warehouse, dispatch, logistics, delivery, and returns, while leading the team effectively.
