E&M Medical Coder - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate codes.
• Perform coding for Inpatient and Outpatient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and client-specific guidelines.
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets.
• Participate in quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of E&M coding guidelines.
• Proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Knowledge of US healthcare documentation and compliance standards

Certifications Required:

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
• CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)
• Or any equivalent recognized Medical Coding Certification

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Coding
• Experience in Inpatient and/or Outpatient Coding is mandatory

Work Details:

• Work Mode: Hybrid

• Work Days: 5 Days a Week
• Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided
