Glide Group operates through three legal entities engaged in online and offline distribution of Beauty, Personal Care, and Wellness categories along with B2B enterprise supplies. We are in a high-growth phase focused on scaling operations, strengthening financial governance, and building data-driven decision systems.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to manage the day-to-day
operations of our skincare brands across marketplaces, with a strong focus on stock availability, purchase order (PO) management, and timely PO fulfilment.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain healthy inventory across marketplaces and that all marketplace POs, especially from Nykaa and Tira, are tracked, coordinated and fulfilled on time. This is a pure E-commerce Operations role and NOT a warehouse/inventory handling role. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplace operations for a skincare/beauty brand and should understand how marketplaces such as Nykaa and Tira operate.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Prior experience working with a skincare, beauty, cosmetics or personal-care brand is strongly preferred.
- Must have experience handling Nykaa/Tira PO fulfilment and marketplace coordination.
- Strong understanding of marketplace inventory, PO cycles, fulfilment timelines and operational SLAs.
- Experience working with multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Tira and Myntra.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to analyse SKU-level stock, sales velocity and PO data.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify operational problems independently and drive them to closure.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked with a skincare/beauty brand, understands how
marketplaces operate, and can independently manage the complete operational cycle from monitoring stock → identifying requirements → tracking POs → coordinating fulfilment → resolving marketplace issues → ensuring stock availability.
