Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management

• Handle and manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for order processing and dispatch.
• Manage promotional campaigns, offers, and online advertisements.
• Track customer reviews, ratings, and queries for better customer experience.
• Ensure product availability and stock updates across all platforms.

Modern Trade Management

• Coordinate with modern trade outlets and retail chains for product placement and sales growth.
• Maintain relationships with store managers, category managers, and distributors.
• Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and replenishment.
• Execute promotional activities, visibility campaigns, and in-store branding.
• Ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and required documentation.
• Visit stores whenever required for coordination and market feedback.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• 1 to 3 Years Experience required
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• FOOD MANUFACTURING Experience Required.
