About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace & Brand Manager to lead the growth and management of a premium herbal wellness supplements brand across Amazon US, Shopify, and other eCommerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplaces, driving online sales, optimizing product listings, executing marketplace advertising campaigns, and scaling brands in the US market.

This is a marketplace-focused eCommerce role, not a standalone digital marketing, SEO, or brand communications position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operations and growth of the brand across Amazon US, Shopify, and other relevant eCommerce marketplaces.
• Develop strategies to increase marketplace revenue, product visibility, conversion rates, and market share.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, catalog health, A+ Content, Brand Store, and account performance.
• Leverage Amazon Brand Analytics to understand customer search behavior and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor advertising budgets, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall profitability.
• Improve organic rankings and paid sales through data-driven campaign optimization.
• Manage Shopify storefront activities, including product pages, collections, merchandising, promotions, and campaign landing pages.
• Optimize the website shopping experience to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across DTC and marketplace channels.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across Amazon, Shopify, and other sales channels.
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance, advertising efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to review performance, align priorities, and execute growth strategies.
• Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, product positioning, customer reviews, and category trends within the US wellness and supplements market

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace management, marketplace growth, or eCommerce business management.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon US Seller Central and driving marketplace sales.
• Strong experience in product listing optimization, catalog management, A+ Content, Brand Store, and marketplace advertising.
• Experience managing Shopify or other DTC eCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of US marketplace dynamics, consumer buying behavior, and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in Amazon Brand Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and marketplace reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based teams.

Candidates whose experience is limited to digital marketing, SEO, social media management, content creation, or brand communications without direct marketplace ownership will not be a fit for this role.
