E-commerce Marketplace & Operations Executive
Company: DEMIRO | Premium Skincare Brand
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work From Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and result-oriented professional to manage and grow our e-commerce business across multiple online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra and other e-commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalogue management, SEO, A+ Content and marketplace optimization.
- Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns, promotions and sales growth strategies.
- Monitor daily orders, ensure timely processing and coordinate dispatch operations.
- Supervise packing staff to ensure accurate packaging and timely order fulfilment. Physical packing will be handled by dedicated helpers.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups, shipments and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment tracking, returns, RTOs, refunds and customer issues.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, order reconciliation and marketplace account health.
- Prepare daily operational reports and weekly sales performance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or FMCG brands will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplace platforms.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising, SEO, sales analytics and profitability.
- Good communication, team coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and take ownership of business growth.
