1. About Us

We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical and cosmetics group with brands across dermatology, skincare and personal care. We sell through leading marketplaces, our own D2C store, and a distributor and franchise network across India.

Scope of Work

• Manage all YuDerma marketplace portals end-to-end: Nykaa, Myntra, 1mg, Ajio, Jiomart, SkinBB, Netmeds, Kindlife, and distributor-managed portals – Expertise at Nykaa Seller Portal & Myntra Partner Portal is a must

• Monitor and maintain 100% account health across all portals daily — ratings, policy compliance, suppressed listings, and seller performance metrics

• Create and upload new product listings — single and bulk — with optimised titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords tailored to each platform's search algorithm

• Listing optimisation — ongoing improvement of live listings based on search rank, CTR, and conversion data across all portals

• Upload A+ content on Nykaa & other applicable portals; upload ecommerce banners and infographics as briefed by the brand team

• Maintain master product image sheet; push image updates and catalogue corrections across all portals whenever new assets are available

• PO confirmation, and tracking for Nykaa, 1mg, SkinBB, Netmeds, Kindlife, and all distributor clients — maintain a live PO tracker with fulfilment status

• Nykaa PO processing: invoice upload, appointment booking, and dispatch coordination with Movein

• Daily order processing across all direct portals — ensure 100% fulfilment within platform SLA with zero SLA breaches

• Dispatch tracking: AWB, pickup confirmation, in-transit status, returns and cancellation processing

• Monthly payment reconciliation across all portals; support for accounts team; debit and credit note review and dispute raising and resolving.

• Returns reconciliation — match all returned units with Marg inventory and update stock as sellable or damaged

• Daily sales report to Brand & Growth Lead — units sold per product per portal; weekly consolidated report on revenue, returns, and account health

• New portal onboarding is a plus: execute onboarding process for Purple, Tira, and future platforms — documentation, catalogue submission, account setup, test order flow, and go-live coordination

• Basic Knowledge of marketplace ads is a plus: on Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, and Myntra — basic knowledge of ROAS, ACoS, CTR; Myntra APOB model knowledge preferred

• Raise and follow up on all seller support tickets across portals — zero unresolved tickets beyond 48 hours; escalate to Brand & Growth Lead with full context when required

• Coordinate with warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatch; flag low stock and raise replenishment requests 7 days before stockout

• Research and propose new marketplace opportunities and growth plans along with Brand Lead as YuDerma scales

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years in ecommerce operations or marketplace management — D2C, beauty, skincare, or FMCG background preferred

• Hands-on experience with Nykaa Seller Portal, Myntra Partner Portal; familiarity with Amazon Seller central, Flipkart, 1mg, Ajio, Jiomart, or other portals is a plus

• Strong listing and catalogue skills: A+ content, keyword optimisation, bulk uploads, HSN codes, and product attribute mapping

• Experience with PO processing, dispatch tracking, and payment reconciliation

• Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets

• Knowledge of Myntra APOB model, shipment creation and basic marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads) is a plus

• Experience onboarding new portals (Tira, Purple, Netmeds, or similar) is a strong advantage

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and ownership-driven.ngle role.
