Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through Email & Live Chat for international e-commerce clients.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and enhance service quality.
• Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – Mandatory
• Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
• CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be ready to relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.
