E-Commerce Associate

TriosCo is a full-service eCommerce and digital marketing agency with offices in New York and Singapore. We manage brands across the US and Southeast Asian markets, helping them sell more online through Amazon, Target+, Shopify, Walmart, Shopee, and Lazada.

Role Overview

As an eCommerce Associate at TriosCo, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients product presence across Amazon, Target+ marketplace, and Shopify. You will handle everything from listing creation and optimization to PPC campaign management and performance reporting working across multiple client brands simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Management

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content
• Monitor and manage Amazon PPC campaigns Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Track BSR rankings, review velocity, and listing health across all managed accounts
• Identify and resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and catalogue issues
• Analyze sales data, ACOS, and ROAS to inform campaign and pricing decisions

Target+ Marketplace

• Support onboarding of new brands onto Target+ documentation, catalog setup, and integration
• Manage product listings, content updates, and pricing on the Target+ platform
• Monitor order management and fulfillment performance
• Coordinate with clients on inventory levels and promotional planning

Shopify Management

• Create and maintain product pages descriptions, images, metadata, and collections
• Support basic website updates, landing page edits, and promotional banners
• Monitor Shopify analytics traffic, conversion rate, and revenue performance
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align Shopify content with active ad campaigns

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare weekly performance reports across all managed accounts and platforms
• Communicate clearly with clients on results, recommendations, and next steps
• Flag issues early and escalate to the team lead when required

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Proven experience with Amazon PPC setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns
• Working knowledge of Shopify product management, basic edits, and analytics
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals: listings, keywords, conversion, pricing
• Comfortable working with data pulling reports, analyzing performance, and making recommendations
• Excellent written English for client communication and listing copy
• Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines without micromanagement

Strong Plus

• Experience with Target+ or other US retail marketplaces (Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot)
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive for keyword research and tracking
• Experience with Shopee or Lazada for SEA market management
• Knowledge of A+ content creation and Amazon Brand Registry
• Experience working in a digital agency managing multiple client brands
