We, ExuberantHR Consulting, are currently hiring for the position of Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts with our esteemed client, a leading integrated metals and mining organisation with operations in iron ore mining, direct reduced iron (DRI), pellet production and steel manufacturing. The company has operations across Maharashtra, including its plant at Konsari, Gadchiroli.

Position: Manager / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

Company: Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited

Location: Konsari / Hedri, Maharashtra

Experience: 6–7 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory

Industry Preference: Metals, Mining, Steel, Manufacturing, Engineering or Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor payments and customer outstanding reconciliations.
• Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, trial balance scrutiny and account reconciliations.
• Manage monthly and year-end financial closing and balance sheet finalisation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory and tax auditors.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and strengthen financial controls.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is compulsory.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in core Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience in balance sheet finalisation, AP/AR, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, MIS and account reconciliations.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Candidates from manufacturing, metals, mining or other industrial organisations will be preferred.
• Willingness to work at the specified plant location is essential.
