Dy. Manager EXIM ( Industrial Products)

CLIENT: Our client manufactures and exports electric motors from a 100% EOU to Medical devices,Aerospace,Defence, Auto component industries etc.

ROLE: This position will be responsible for managing import, export of a 100% export-oriented company

Key Result Areas

• Organize and manage import and export customs clearance activities, coordinating closely with clearing agents and freight forwarders
• Liaise with Customs authorities for import, export, and DTA (Domestic Tariff Area) sales transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all import and export documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely availability of vehicles for dispatches and booking of air and sea shipments.

Incumbent profile:

• 8 years experience in EXIM, a medium-sized engineering product company which is exporting products to global OEMs.
• Good knowledge of HSN Classification and exposure to ICEGATE filing and customs documentation procedures.
• Good Knowledge of Customs procedure, EOU/SEZ rules.
• Negotiation skill with freight forwarder & clearing agency

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 12 LPA
