DSCI - Manager - Security Solutions

Role Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for designing cybersecurity solutions and architectures aligned with client business and technology requirements.

The role involves assessing security capabilities, identifying risks and gaps, and developing target-state architectures, security frameworks and transformation roadmaps in consultation with clients, domain experts and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Solutions Design & Architecture - Cybersecurity:

- Understand client business, technology and cybersecurity requirements and translate them into appropriate security solution approaches.

- Assess current-state security architecture, capabilities, risks and gaps and define target-state solutions.

- Design cybersecurity architectures, frameworks and controls aligned with client requirements and organisational objectives.

- Develop security transformation roadmaps and implementation approaches to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities.

- Align proposed solutions with relevant cybersecurity standards, frameworks and industry best practices.

- Lead client discussions, workshops and presentations as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity solution design and architecture.

Cybersecurity Consulting & Solution Development:

- Collaborate with business development, domain experts and technical teams to develop integrated cybersecurity solutions.

- Prepare security architecture documents, assessment reports, concept notes, technical presentations and solution methodologies.

- Identify opportunities to enhance security maturity, resilience and risk management through technology and process transformation.

- Contribute to RFP/RFI/EOI responses, including technical solution approaches, methodologies and implementation plans.

- Develop reusable security frameworks, reference architectures and methodologies to support future engagements.

Skills:

- Experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Security Architecture, Solution Design or Technology Transformation.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solution design, security architectures, controls and transformation approaches.

- Exposure to one or more cybersecurity domains such as Cloud Security, Network Security, Application Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Security, Security Operations or Vulnerability Management.

- Ability to translate complex business and technology requirements into practical cybersecurity solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and analytical skills.

- Experience in client-facing technology consulting engagements.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related discipline.

- MTech, MCA, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
