Role & responsibilities
Drawing & Layout Preparation:
- Draft detailed HVAC shop drawings, ducting layouts, chilled water/VRF piping layouts, and equipment room layouts.
- Create HVAC schematics, isometric drawings, and air distribution systems.
- Update and revise drawings based on site changes, engineering markups, or consultant feedback.
- Prepare as-built drawings reflecting final site installation conditions
MEP Coordination:
- Coordinate HVAC plans with other MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and fire-fighting services to resolve spatial clashes.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and building codes such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local municipal/authority regulations Site Support:
- Provide technical drawings and clarification support to site engineers and installation supervisors
Preferred candidate profile : Knowledge in REVIT
