Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive the end-to-end architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale web applications and distributed backend systems. This role serves as a technical anchor, translating complex business domain requirements into high-performance, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge front-end user experience with robust back-end application logic, oversee database architecture, enforce engineering quality through CI/CD pipelines, and guide cloud infrastructure automation to meet mission-critical business objectives. Knowledge of the wealth insurance domain is highly valued, ensuring technology solutions align with industry-specific standards and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, microservices, and APIs from conception through post-production support.
• Lead end-to-end backend and frontend development, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and seamless integration between web services and client-facing interfaces.
• Oversee relational database design, complex schema modeling, query optimization, and data integration across enterprise data stores.
• Drive legacy application modernization and framework migrations to modern cloud-native architectures and containerized ecosystems.
• Define and enforce technical quality standards, code reviews, and automated testing strategies to ensure application robustness and security compliance.

• ASP.NET MVC & Web API - Expert / Lead
• Entity Framework & LINQ - Advanced / Expert
• Relational Databases (MS SQL Server & Oracle) - Advanced / Expert
• Web Services & WCF Architecture - Advanced
