Job Description

National Carriers Corporation is looking for experienced Document Executives to join our team at the Andheri office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Export Documentation, ONS Software, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day export documentation and related processes.
• Prepare, verify and maintain export documents accurately.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, CHA and other stakeholders.
• Update and manage documentation through ONS Software.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of export-related documents.
• Maintain proper records and follow company documentation procedures.
• Resolve documentation-related queries and coordinate for timely clearance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Documentation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on ONS Software.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong customer coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of export documentation procedures.
