Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all disaster management services-assessment, adaptation, mitigation and preparedness. 
• Develop concept notes, project proposals, and technical inputs for consulting engagements. 
• Use GIS, risk modelling, survey and data-driven analysis for decision-making for projects. 
• Develop sector and location-specific disaster preparedness and mitigation strategies. 
• Support development and review of disaster management policies, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks. 
• Support company project planning, execution, and monitoring of consulting assignments. 
• Contribute to progress reports, presentations, and client meetings. 
• Support proposal development, technical write-ups, and bid submissions. 
• Assist in client presentations and technical discussions. 
• Prepare PPRs / DPRs / feasibility reports. 

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Disaster Management, Climate Change, Environmental Studies or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in disaster management, climate resilience, or risk consulting roles.
• Experience preparing detailed engineering reports, PPRs / DPRs, budgets, and tender documents. 
• Excellent report writing, documentation, and presentation abilities. 
• Excellent communication skills (technical writing, presentations) and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. 
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with diverse clients.
