Director - Talent Acquisition - Consulting/Professional Services

About the Opportunity:

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader for a leading global technology consulting and professional services organisation.

The position offers an opportunity to lead the talent acquisition function for a large, growing consulting business, working closely with senior leadership to drive strategic hiring initiatives, workforce planning and talent acquisition transformation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

- Partner with senior business leaders, practice heads and HR leadership to drive strategic workforce planning and hiring priorities.

- Lead recruitment across Consulting, Advisory, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting and Business Transformation practices.

- Manage and develop a large TA team of professionals, driving performance, productivity and delivery excellence.

- Oversee mid-to-senior management and leadership hiring across multiple consulting practices.

- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical consulting capabilities.

- Drive recruitment excellence through analytics, automation, process optimisation and innovative sourcing strategies.

- Establish robust stakeholder governance, hiring metrics and recruitment performance frameworks.

- Lead talent market intelligence, employer branding and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including significant experience in TA leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to Consulting, Advisory, Professional Services or Technology Consulting recruitment.

- Experience managing large TA teams and complex recruitment operations.

- Proven ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and influence talent strategies.

- Strong understanding of consulting talent markets, leadership hiring and workforce planning.

- Experience driving recruitment transformation, operational efficiencies and hiring at scale.

- Excellent people management, stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership capabilities.

Preferred Industry Background:

- Candidates from leading Management Consulting firms, Big 4, global IT Consulting organisations and Professional Services firms will be preferred.
