Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and maintain products that meet market needs and company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- AI Product Strategy and Portfolio
• Define the enterprise AI product vision, strategic priorities, operating model and multi-year roadmap aligned with DAMAC's business objectives.
• Govern the opportunity and use-case portfolio using measurable value, strategic fit, feasibility, data readiness, risk and adoption criteria.
• Recommend investment priorities and maintain an executive view of portfolio progress, dependencies, benefits, risk and capacity.
Product Delivery and Engineering
• Direct product discovery, architecture, engineering, testing, release and adoption across the AI product lifecycle.
• Establish delivery standards and quality gates covering cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, data governance, resilience, observability and cost.
• Ensure teams use reusable platforms, patterns and partnerships to accelerate delivery without weakening quality or control.
- Product Operations and Value Realisation
• Own portfolio outcomes including adoption, realised benefits, service reliability, user satisfaction and total cost of ownership.
• Ensure effective DevOps, AI monitoring, incident management, L2/L3 support and continuous improvement for products in production.
• Use product analytics, operational insight and stakeholder feedback to guide investment, optimisation and retirement decisions.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
• Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary AI product organisation with clear accountability, capability plans and progression paths.
• Act as the executive point of accountability for AI products and provide transparent decisions, status, risks and recommendations to governance forums.
• Manage strategic delivery partners and vendors against approved commercial, security, performance and knowledge-transfer expectations.
