Digital Marketing

We are seeking experienced Linear Ad Operations professionals to support the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of television advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media and broadcast advertising ecosystem, including advertisers, agencies, sales teams, and traffic operations. This role requires excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage linear advertising campaigns across broadcast channels.
• Set up advertising campaigns accurately in scheduling and trafficking systems.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Identify and resolve campaign delivery issues, scheduling conflicts, and discrepancies.
• Optimize campaign performance through inventory management and schedule adjustments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, agencies, advertisers, and traffic teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Review campaign requirements, booking instructions, and creative asset details for accuracy.
• Maintain campaign documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Linear Ad Operations, Broadcast Operations, Traffic Operations, Media Operations, or Television Advertising Operations.
• Good understanding of the television advertising ecosystem, including:
• Advertisers
• Media Agencies
• Broadcasters
• Sales and Traffic Teams
• Campaign Lifecycle Management
• Experience in campaign setup, scheduling, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with broadcast scheduling, traffic, or ad management platforms.
• Knowledge of airtime sales processes and inventory management.
• Understanding of advertising compliance and campaign delivery metrics.
