Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing strategies, manage a cross-functional team, drive brand growth, generate leads, and improve overall marketing performance across digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
2. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, content writers, digital design professionals, web developers, and SEO specialists.
3. Oversee SEO, content marketing, website optimization, branding, social media, and organic growth strategies.
4. Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
5. Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
6. Coordinate website development, landing page design, UI/UX improvements, conversion tracking, and website performance optimization.
7. Guide the team on content strategy, creative development, brand consistency, campaign execution, and timely project delivery.
8. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, audience research, and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
9. Prepare performance reports, manage team productivity, optimize marketing budgets, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, including team management.
- Strong expertise in SEO, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Knowledge of website development, WordPress, landing pages, UI/UX, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
