Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Objective

To develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy for Group and BUs that enhances ourbrand presence, engages our audience, and drives growth across all social media platforms. The ideal candidatewill leverage their expertise in social media management, digital content, content alliances, digital propertiescreation, and marketing operations to create compelling content, foster community engagement, and achieve measurable results.

Role and Responsibilities

· Drive content marketing on social media - X, LI, Meta, YT - that strengthens business storytelling and increases engagement.

· Define, track, and regularly publish the most important social media and digital KPIs.

· Initiative and build long term digital properties.

· Forge digital alliances for original content.

· Conduct competitor, audience, platform trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

· Stay up to date with the latest digital and social media best practices and technologies.

· Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of agency partners.

· Stakeholders and vendor management.

· Drive the marketing operations and governance charter to ensure compliance.

· Leverage Martech & AI to automate operations and generate insights.

· Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Branding, Content, Website, etc.).

· Support in digital marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualification & Experience

· Proven work experience as a Digital and Social Media Manager for 2+ years or similar role.

· Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices.

· Fluent in AI tools and workflow management for multiple marketing use cases.

· Good understanding of digital and social media KPIs and Tools.

· Good multitasking skills (Managing NFAs, Finance and TC).

· Knowledge of digital content creation, SEO, performance marketing, martech, website.

· Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

· Postgraduate or MBA in Marketing or relevant field from recognized institution.
