Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, with a strong ability to plan, execute, optimize, and analyze campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize ROI. If you are passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and working on high-impact campaigns for top clients, wed love to hear from you.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing channels is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies (Google Ads & Meta Ads) aligned with client business objectives.
• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Social platforms.
• Write engaging ad copies and collaborate with the design team for impactful creatives.
• Define and implement audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures for maximum performance.
  
  

Optimization & Analysis

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to identify best-performing variations.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Market Research & Compliance

• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policies.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform guidelines and brand standards.
