About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our inbound lead generation channel. The role will own the strategy and execution across SEO, AEO, content marketing, organic social media, and B2B marketing, with a clear focus on increasing organic website traffic and qualified inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's digital and inbound marketing strategy.
• Lead organic growth through SEO, AEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Develop B2B content including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and lead magnets.
• Improve website visibility, organic rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Generate and nurture inbound leads through organic channels.
• Monitor and follow up on website forms and inbound enquiries.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content-gap analysis, and SEO audits.
• Track marketing performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Success in this role will be measured through:

• Growth in qualified organic website traffic
• Increase in organic inbound leads and enquiries
• Improvement in keyword rankings and search visibility
• Growth in website-to-lead conversion rate

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, Content Marketing, and Organic Social Media Marketing.
• Experience generating B2B leads through organic channels.
• Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion optimization, and lead funnels.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Trends.
• Strong content strategy, copywriting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently strategize, execute, measure, and optimize digital marketing initiatives.
