Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital growth across Social Media, Content and paid ads

The Role

You'll be responsible for turning our marketing strategy into campaigns that get attention, content that gets engagement, and advertising that generates results.

You should be good at

Writing & Content

• Strong copywriting skills
• Ad copy, LinkedIn posts, emails, blogs, website copy & case studies
• Ability to turn complex business/technology topics into simple, compelling content
• Strong command of English and attention to detail

Social Media

• Building and managing content calendars
• LinkedIn and other relevant social channels
• Creating engaging posts and campaign content
• Understanding what works for a B2B audience

Marketing Execution

• Take an idea from concept → content → campaign → launch → measurement
• Work closely with sales and leadership
• Experiment, measure, learn and improve

Paid Ads (Good to have)

• Google, LinkedIn & Meta Ads
• Campaign setup, targeting, budgets & optimization
• Lead generation and conversion tracking
• Reading performance data and improving campaigns

What matters most

• Hands-on execution > theoretical knowledge
• Strong writing > generic AI-generated content
• Performance mindset > just posting content
