Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage client accounts, develop digital marketing strategies, coordinate internal teams, and drive measurable results.

This is a hands-on role involving digital marketing execution, client handling, team coordination, campaign management and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Handle client communication, calls, meetings, feedback and reporting.
• Plan and oversee Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation and other digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with content, creative, performance marketing, SEO and website teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure deliverables, timelines and quality standards are maintained.
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients and suggest relevant strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and explore new growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Lead Generation.
• Previous experience in client handling and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of accounts independently.
• Someone who understands digital marketing beyond just social media posting or content creation.
